	Rita Wiseman

	Broker :: ritawiseman@bellsouth.net Born and raised in Statesville, N.C., Rita Wiseman moved to the charming village of Blowing Rock as soon as she was able and has been an asset to the community ever since. She spent ten years as a business owner in Town prior to joining Kohler Enterprises as a Realtor in 1993. Since joining the real estate profession, Rita has made quite a name for herself. In 1998 she was honored to receive the Realtor of the Year award from the High Country Association of Realtors. Currently she serves the Association as a member of the Professional Standards Committee. An involved citizen of Blowing Rock, Rita was elected to the Blowing Rock Town Council in 1995 and served three terms. In her efforts to preserve the quaint village atmosphere, Rita served on the Architectural Review Committee and is now active with the Blowing Rock Appearance Advisory Commission. She also is a member of the Blowing Rock Historical Society and the Blowing Rock Art and History Museum. Blowing Rock is the home of the longest continually run horse show in America and Rita has been an important member of the Blowing Rock Charity Horse Show Foundation for the past 15 years. She currently is serving as Treasurer and is on the Executive Committee. Rita's outstanding service, integrity and knowledge of the area make her a natural choice for anyone looking for a home in the Blowing Rock area.

	Tim Gentry

In 1992 Tim started his own firm where he worked until merging into Kohler Enterprises in July of 2003. Tim's various real estate service activities include serving the High Country Association of Realtors as president in 1988 and working with the North Carolina Real Estate Education Foundation as a Realtors' Institute Dean and as a Director of the Foundation.
